Or you can try to lift it up with the seamoth, thrust your prawn suit until you have a good amount of distance off the sea floor, exit the suit promptly and then grab your seamoth and position it directly under the prawn suit and just rise up to the surface. The jump jet upgrade might not be good enough on its own so what you need to do os make a jump jet upgrade and grappling arm and run the back to the prawn install them then use your jump jets to get as high as you can then grapple off of the walls and you should be good, another thing to note I'm pretty sure your jump jets recharge slowly while grappling My Prawn suit is stuck in between a stalactite and a rock at -1227.
